Job Description

Are you a creative and driven professional with a heart for making a difference? Faith FM is on the lookout for a Fundraising & Marketing Co-ordinator for a 12-month contract to lead the charge in developing innovative strategies that fuel our mission of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ across Australia. In this key role, you’ll develop creative strategies to engage donors, secure sponsorships, and run impactful campaigns that ensure the financial sustainability of Faith FM.

You’ll also help amplify Faith FM’s brand and public presence across Australia, supporting our mission to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a role that blends purpose and creativity, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Desired Skills and Experience

About you (Selection Criteria)

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a practicing and committed member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church who has an active relationship with Jesus Christ and a deep desire for worship and service to God. 

In addition to your commitment to our mission, you should possess the following:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, particularly within church or non-profit organisations.
  • Strong skills in donor engagement and relationship management.
  • Expertise in marketing, branding, and public engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Qualifications in Fundraising, Marketing, Media, or Communications are highly regarded.
  • Experience with digital fundraising platforms and strategies is advantageous.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the Church, its policies and operations throughout the Australian Union Conference, and the South Pacific Division is desirable.
  • A current driver’s licence, and maintain eligibility for, a valid Working with Children Check (Employee) or equivalent and meet Adsafe compliance.
