Job Description
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a full-time Ministry Course Coordinator at Mamarapha College.
This is a spiritually significant and professionally rewarding role. As Course Coordinator, you will oversee and guide students enrolled in pastoral and ministerial programs, supporting their academic progress, spiritual formation, and practical readiness for ministry. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of leaders who will carry the message of Christ into diverse communities across Australia.

Desired Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you will be a practicing and committed member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, with an active relationship with Jesus Christ and a deep desire to worship and serve God.
In addition, we are looking for someone who brings:
Relevant qualifications in theology, ministry, education, or a related field
Experience in teaching, mentoring, or ministry (e.g. Bible worker, church elder, ordained/commissioned minister)
Willingness to obtain a TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment if not already held
Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and a deep understanding of Indigenous cultures across Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and relationship-building
Strong professional writing and public speaking abilities
High-level administrative and digital literacy skills
Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities in a multi-disciplinary environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Integrity, confidentiality, and a professional manner that reflects the values of the Church
Sound knowledge of Church policies and operations within the Australian Union Conference and South Pacific Division
Ability to communicate Biblical principles effectively and respectfully with students from diverse backgrounds
