Job Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Executive Assistant for our leadership team. As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the President and Chief Financial Officer, ensuring the smooth coordination of their day-to-day operations. You will manage schedules, communications, and key documentation, while supporting organisational priorities and governance processes. Your role will be integral to enabling effective leadership and advancing the mission of the Church across Australia.

In addition, we are looking for someone who brings:
Experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role.
A professional manner that aligns with the values and mission of the Church.
An understanding of Church policies and operations within the Australian Union Conference and South Pacific Division (desirable).
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Strong professional writing skills, including preparing correspondence, reports, and executive documentation.
High-level administrative and digital literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office systems.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
Experience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
